Differences Between Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Differences Between Quality Assurance and Quality Control Quality assurance (QA) refers to process-oriented and focuses more on defect prevention. Meanwhile, Quality control (QC) refers to product-oriented and focuses more on defect identification. Quality assurance and Quality control are two aspects of quality management. There are activities between both aspects that interrelate, but there are differences, too. Usually, QA activities and responsibilities mostly cover all the quality system in one fashion or another. When it comes to QC, it is a subset of the QA activities. Though some elements in the quality system may not be covered by QA and QC activities and responsibilities, it can probably involve both the two aspects. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9QC09eEfBBw Quality ass...
