The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for deep environment testing. This role will ensure that all environments for KAPS State clients are in proper working order prior to implementations, trainings, and scheduled environment deployments. This individual will work closely with the support staff and development team to identify deficiencies in all environments. Upon finding any system deficiencies, this individual will appropriately define the problem and urgency for a fix by writing tickets for the development team.
